Venue Information

 
How can I travel to the event?
 
The closest station to Olympia, London is Kensington (Olympia). 
 
London Underground
 
It’s one stop from Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line). The venue is next to the station. 
 
Bus 
 
The following buses all stop within a very short walking distance of the venue:
9 - runs to and from Aldwych and Hammersmith.
23 - runs to and from Westbourne Park and Hammersmith. 27 - runs to and from Chalk Farm and Turnham Green. 
28 - runs to and from Kensal Rise and Wandsworth.
49 - runs to and from White City and Clapham Junction. 391 - runs to and from Fulham and Richmond. 
 
Car 
 
It’s quicker and easier to travel to the venue by public transport, but we realise that sometimes you’ve just got to drive. Our postcode is W14 8UX.
 
 
Is there parking available at the venue?

Pre-Event Information

 
Will I receive event updates?
 
Yes, we will email you fortnightly and weekly leading up to the event (a month out). You will received speaker, content and event updates. 
 
Will I be sent a ticket?
 
No. Your badge will be ready at the registration desk for your to collect. More information on specific registration will be sent to you no less than 2 weeks before the event. 
 
Is the venue wheelchair friendly?
 
Yes, Olympia London is accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchairs can be hired from the venue if needed. For more information on access visit here.

 

Event Day Information

 
What time does the event start and finish?
 
Registration starts at 08:00 am with the first session starting at 09:00 am. The last session will end at 17:30, you are then invited to join us for networking drinks for an hour. 
 
Can tickets be purchased on the event day?
 
No, tickets must be purchased before the summit. Please ensure all tickets are booked prior to the event online or through our Community Lead, Hiywet
 
What is the dress code?
 
There is no specific dress code. We encourage attendees to wear whatever they find most comfortable, most people joining us tend to opt for the smart casual approach. 
 
Will there be somewhere I can store my bags/coats? 
 
Olympia does have cloakrooms available throughout the venue. Costs are £1 per item and £2 for larger bags/suitcases. 
 
Will lunch be provided?
 
No. There are outlets available to delegates within the hall. Tea and coffee, as well as snacks will be provided in the breaks. 
 
What is the agenda comprised of?
 
Everyone will start in the main plenary until 11:30am where the break out rooms open. All attendees will end the day back in the main plenary from 16:20pm. 
 
What about workshops?
 
We will be taking workshop sign ups. Please keep an eye on emails from hiywet@maddoxevents.com to book your preferred workshops. 
 
Please plan your day ahead to avoid disappointment. 

 

Post Event 

 
Are the presentations recorded? 
 
Yes, the main plenary will be recorded and will be made available to speakers, event partners & gold pass holders. We will email you once the recordings are available.
 
Are the presentations available? 
 
This is up to the speakers discretion. Please email Jordan to ask if it’s available.
